What This Means for You

Your care is our top priority, and we’re committed to making this change as smooth and beneficial as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Expanded Services: While In Harmony Wellness previously offered virtual appointments only, Elite DNA will now provide both virtual and in-person appointments.
    • Starting July 2025: Telehealth services continue to be available from the providers you trust.
    • Starting September 2025: In-person appointments will begin at our new office located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Founded in 2013 by licensed clinical social worker Elizabeth Dosoretz, Elite DNA Behavioral Health was born from both personal experience and a deep commitment to improving access to mental health care. After experiencing postpartum depression following the birth of her first son, Elizabeth realized how challenging it was to find timely, compassionate, and affordable support.

Over the years, Elite DNA has held more than 2,000,000 appointments and helped nearly 300,000 individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults. A Note About Cheryl Lumbard and Your Care Team

We’d also like to share that Cheryl Lumbard, founder of In Harmony Wellness and MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, has decided to retire from decades of serving others. We are deeply grateful for the compassionate care she has provided over the years and wish her all the best in her next chapter.

As part of this transition, there will be some changes to the clinical team. We are pleased to let you know that several dedicated providers will continue their work with Elite DNA, including:
